Delaware Counties Public Records

Delaware has only three counties, New Castle being the largest in the state with just over half a million residents. Delaware's counties are governed by executives, council, boards and commissions. County clerk's offices provide marriage licenses and recorded documents, sheriffs offices have information regarding police reports, recorders of deeds maintain property and real estate information.
